Terms of Use
The rules for using solarlinkenergy.com and our portals.
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are between you and SolarLink Energy Construction, Inc. ("SolarLink", "we", "us"). By using solarlinkenergy.com or our homeowner, dealer or installer portals, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website or portals. Your use is also covered by our Privacy Policy, and texts by our SMS Terms.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse it: no false information, spam, automated scraping, attempts to break in or disrupt the site, or using it for anything illegal. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates, savings calculators, quotes and prices on this website, in our portals, or given by phone or email are not binding offers. They are good-faith estimates based on the information available. Your actual system size, price, savings, incentives and schedule depend on a site visit, your roof and electrical panel, utility rules, permits and financing approval.
Work is agreed only in a signed written home improvement contract. That contract (including your right to cancel under California law and the warranties in it) controls over anything on this website. Savings and incentive amounts are estimates, not guarantees; tax credits depend on your own tax situation, so please ask a tax professional.
Portals
Our homeowner, dealer and installer portals are for authorized users only. Keep your sign-in private, don't share your access, and only use information in a portal for the project it belongs to. We may suspend or end access at any time, for example when a project or business relationship ends or if access is misused. Dealers and installers are also bound by their written agreements with us.
Website content
The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to SolarLink or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission. Product names belong to their owners (for example Tesla and Powerwall are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.); we're not endorsed by them unless we say so.
No warranty on website content
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind about the website itself, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Information may change, and may contain errors. This does not affect the warranties in your signed contract or any rights you have by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SolarLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website or portals. Our total liability for any claim about the website or portals is limited to $100. These limits do not apply to the work under your signed contract (which has its own terms), or to liability that California law doesn't allow us to limit.
California law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Any dispute about these terms, the website or the portals that we can't resolve together will be settled by binding arbitration under the Uniform Rules for Binding Arbitration of the Business Consumer Alliance (published at checkbca.org) in effect when the arbitration starts, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Disputes about work under your signed contract are handled as that contract says.
